József Rosta

József Rosta is a photographer. He works as art photographer for artists, galleries and museums (Ludwig Museum, Budapest 1993-), and also makes reportages on art events and exhibitions for art institutions and magazines (Balkon, 1993-). He contributed dozens of art catalogues and books. He had numerous solo and group exhibitions since the late 70’s. Recent exhibitions: Hétfő / Monday (Fészek Galéria, Budapest, 2017), 2K 1976-2020 (Művészetek Háza, Veszprém, 2020). Member of FFS (Studio of Young Photographers, 1985-90), founding member of 2K Group (1976-1982) and LUXUS (1991). He published two artist books on his works (Látási viszonyok / Visiblity, 1998, Munka / Work, 2012). He lives and works in Budapest.
