Nicoline van Harskamp (1975) is an Amsterdam-based artist whose work considers acts of language and solidarity through video, installation, and scripted performance. Her live pieces were staged at Tate Modern in London, New Museum in New York, Steirischer Herbst in Graz, KunstWerke in Berlin, Van Abbe Museum in Eindhoven, Performa 11 in New York, Arnolfini in Bristol, Serralves Foundation in Porto, Kaaitheater in Brussels and many other places. She has presented her video and installation works in art institutions, museums and biennials internationally. Van Harskamp is Professor for Performative Art at the University of Fine Arts in Münster, Germany.
